Upload your security policy
If your organization has its own internal cyber security policy or acceptable use document, upload it as a PDF. Our system will automatically require all staff to read and electronically sign it before they can complete their training.
Invite your staff
Add staff members one-by-one or upload a CSV to invite your entire team at once. We'll automatically send them a personalized welcome email with a secure link to begin their training.
Staff complete the course
Your team clicks their secure link to take our bite-sized, non-technical awareness course. After passing a short exam and signing your policy, they immediately receive a verified completion certificate.
Track and export reports
Monitor your company's overall compliance directly from your dashboard. See who has finished, who is overdue, and export one-click CSV or PDF reports to satisfy auditors or internal compliance checks.
